A Quick Review of Financial Reports

I am definitely not an expert in fundamental analysis. In fact, I'm terrified of anything involving numbers. Luckily for me though, an ex-auditor by the name of Bill Cara has taken the time to write down, in laymen's terms, what to look for in a company's quarter-yearly financial reports. Bill provides examples of both positive and negative signs, and stresses the importance of being skeptical.

If you are new to investing and wish to be your own analyst, these tips will get you started on the right track. Good luck.
