Buying Opportunities
Now is the time to be buying cheap shares of your favourite companies. Here are the ones I'm considering investing in:
Adriana Resources Inc. (ADI.V): $0.79
The management team behind Adriana has had tremendous success in the past, building two seperate companies now worth over $1 billion each, and there's no reason to believe that Adriana will be any different. The shares were recently trading in the $0.63-$0.65 range, and I'm looking for an entry point below $0.70. Such an entry point may very well present itself since certain warrants are set to expire at the end of July. Also, I have been in communication with the investor relations person, and he has indicated that we should "expect news out very shortly".
D'Arianne Resources Inc. (DAR.V): $0.15
Uranium exploration is now underway at the company's James Bay property. According to the company website, "Arianne Resources Inc. started phase 2 of a 4,000-meter drilling program on the property and it is progressing well. We hope to complete these by August." Positive drilling results, due out any day, could send the share price back towards the 52-week high of $0.40.
Mexivada Mining Corp. (MNV.V): $0.45
Management must really think they are on to something with their Yécora project in Mexico because they are currently trenching and repairing the roads in preparation for the drilling. The July 9th news release states that "Mexivada is finalizing a contract for core drilling at Yécora, and drilling should start within the next month." Also, the company's President and CEO, Richard Robert Redfern, is currently buying shares between $0.42 and $0.50.
Eloro Resources (ELO.V): $0.42
I first noticed Eloro back in early March when it was trading at $0.33, and since then it's been on quite a roller-coaster ride. In mid-March the shares jumped to $0.77, but unfortunately lost most of those gains during the May correction. The price has now found a base in the mid $0.40's and presents us with a new buying opportunity. I should also mention a few things about the management team. Last year, Thomas Larsen (CEO) and Francis Sauvé (Director) were accumulating tons of shares in their other company, NFX Gold Inc. (NFX.V), right before the stock price took off. In the past few months these same two insiders have been accumulating tons of shares in Eloro, so this time it may be wise to follow their lead.
